What you need

tbsp garlic

tbsp salted butter

tbsp all purpose flour

oz monterey jack

tbsp dijon mustard

cup milk

oz shell pasta

cup whipped cream
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan over the heat, and sweat down the jalapeños, green onions and garlic, add in the flour and mix well until the flour cooks out.
